Great bow, double check hand orientation. Bow is great as are a

Heads up when ordering, a previous review left great detail on how to pick which hand however it was wrong. I listened to the review thinking this might be different from other bows I've ordered years ago. The right hand bow is drawn by the right hand. Not held. I wanted to draw with my left and ordered based on the review and now I have a right handed bow that I have to return.

Great price for a starter bow

I purchased this bow about a month ago and have since shot around 1000 arrows through it. It arrived undamaged and in appropriate packaging. The riser is gorgeous and sturdy, the arms were almost perfect but the top one didn't line up or seat properly. It's slightly off angle and there is about a 1-2mm gap where the arm screws in. This hasn't had any effect on the bows performance though, so I wouldn't consider it an issue. The string that came with the bow is a bit noisy but functions well and is showing very little wear so far. 60#'s is a hearty pull so if you're just starting out, you may opt for a lighter weight. Arrow velocity at full draw is great (I shoot at 15-35 yards) and the bow shoots consistently. The actual weight of the bow, not the draw weight, is also very manageable. I thought it would be heavy and difficult to control but it's really not. I was happy with the accessories that came with the bow and they too function well and are holding up well. For the price, and if you are just starting out, I would recommend this bow.

Better than expected...BEWARE when choosing which hand...

Beautiful bow !!! Better than expected actually. Great price for all the accessories it comes with too. I got this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and when we first fit the pieces together we noticed a gap, and tried pulling back the string to see how it was affected, we ended up taking it apart and put it back together and I guess bc of pulling on it before the gaps were no longer there the second time around. Also-- BEWARE when choosing which hand -- order for the hand you will be HOLDING the bow, I was under the impression you order based on your draw back hand. This was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and is the second bow I ordered, because I originally ordered "Right" thinking of his draw back hand, not the hand he'd be holding the bow with. This bow, the second one, I ordered LEFT, bc he will hold the bow with his left and it is perfect ! Wish someone mentioned this when I scoured the reviews =)

Tried a buddy's Sage bow and liked it so decided to get one myself

Tried a buddy's Sage bow and liked it so decided to get one myself. Liked what came with this combo except the arrow rest isn't the one pictured. Delivered was a plastic stick on arrow rest, not the sturdy screw one pictured. A little disappointed in that.
